About the store
This website is operated by ToTuart P2 Passage Lab LLC, trading as ToTuart P2 Passage Lab. References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “the gallery” mean ToTuart P2 Passage Lab LLC. By using the website, submitting an inquiry or purchasing an artwork, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the website.
Artworks and information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate titles, artists, materials, techniques, dimensions, edition information, condition and provenance. Original artworks may contain intentional irregularities, traces of the artistic process and natural variation. Images are illustrative and may not reproduce colour, scale, texture or surface exactly.
Measurements are collected in metric units and may be displayed in US customary units with metric measurements in parentheses. Minor rounding differences may occur.
Availability and orders
Artworks are unique or available in limited editions and may be offered through more than one channel. We may correct errors, update information, decline an inquiry or cancel an order if an artwork is unavailable, incorrectly described or incorrectly priced. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.
A submitted inquiry, cart or automated acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance. A sale is accepted when we issue written confirmation or otherwise confirm fulfillment.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax, shipping, insurance, duties or specialist handling may be added and disclosed before completion. The collector is responsible for charges identified as their responsibility in the confirmed offer or checkout.
We may require identity, billing or payment verification before accepting a high-value transaction. We may refuse a transaction when required for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance or applicable law.
Authenticity and documentation
Where applicable, the artwork will be accompanied by the available certificate of authenticity, invoice or other documentation described in the listing or offer. Copyright and reproduction rights do not transfer with ownership of the physical artwork unless expressly agreed in writing.
Commissions and special orders
Commissioned, customized or specially prepared works require a separate written agreement covering scope, approvals, payment schedule, timing, transport and cancellation. Deposits and completed stages may be non-refundable as stated in that agreement.
Delivery, returns and damage

Intellectual property
The website, brand elements, texts, layouts and images are protected by intellectual-property laws. Artwork images remain the property of the artist, gallery or applicable rights holder. They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading information, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Third-party services
The website may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers and other third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and ToTuart P2 Passage Lab LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties submit to the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact office@totuartp2.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to office@totuartp2.com or to the mailing address stated above.
